ELBAGIN AND SALT .. the Elbagin calms the fish down and helps them get over the stress of the journey while the salt helps clear congestion from the gills.
Bactericide and Fungicide, used by the Japanese for years. Helps reduce stress. Ideal quarantine treatment and gill wash. May be repeated every seven days. Can be used with salt at up to 1oz per gallon. Can be used as a dip at up to 20gm per 220 gallons.
Elbagin is not very easy to come by but we are pleased to be able to advise you that we do have stocks at the moment.
To be able to assess the correct amount per gallon - and to maintain that level - you will need a 'Salt Tester' or a Salt Meter, which will then give you a reasonably accurate dosage rate for salt and enable you to keep that level steady..
