Shipping and Ordering Information

Currently we are only accepting Domestic U.S. orders on the shopping cart.

We have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure. Our system utilizes industry-standard security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).

All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized Internet access.

Most items will be shipped by the next business day. If any item(s) are out of stock, or are back ordered, we will let you know when it will be available to be shipped out. Shipping is by UPS ground, UPS Second day, UPS three day select, or UPS next day.

The shipping charges will be based upon your shipping preferences, and will be clearly listed before your order is processed.

Please allow 7-14 days for UPS ground shipping.

We do not charge handling or box charges.

Return Policy

You may return an item, in its original condition, for a refund or credit within 15 days of receiving. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error.

All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. We suggest using UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection.

Damaged or Defective Goods:

We will replace or repair, at our option, any product ordered which arrives in an unusable condition within 30 days of delivery.

After 30 days, you will be responsible for contacting the manufacturer directly.

All Manufacturer warranty issues should be directed to the manufacturer.

All returns must be shipped prepaid.

Pre-paid freight and any insurance charges or other costs are non-refundable. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all special order items. Some special order items may not be returned. Please call us before returning special order items. The restocking charge will be deducted from your refund if any refund should apply.
